Growing up, we never really celebrated Halloween. I still don't want to make a big deal about it. Carsyn has this cute little green M&M onesie given to her way back before she was born. It made the perfect little costume without going overboard.
We went to some friends house for the evening. They have a little parade for the neighborhood kids.
At 10 months you are nothing shy of amazing.
You wear size 3 diapers.
You wear 12 month clothes.
You adore your daddy.
You are always so happy. Workers in the church nursery think you're fantastic.
You don't need a baby bath tub any more.
You can feed yourself now too. Peas, Carrots, Rice, Puffs.
You're actually drinking out of your sippy cup now.
You're a master crawler.
You pull up on everything, but aren't confident enough to let go.
You say "momma momma, momma momma".
You've also said 'dadadadadada". You're giving it a little rest right now, but I know you'll pick it back up soon.
You love to snuggle and pat. We pick you up and you pat pat pat on us.
You wear shoes almost every day.
You clap when you're excited.
You've been going to bed around 7 every night and sleeping until I come get you around 6.
You take a three hour nap at Ms. Brandy's.
You're basically the best baby ever.
We're so happy you're in our family too! :-)
I know it's the day before Halloween, but Carsyn had to wear something cute to Ms. Brandy's house.
Hey! Look at my cool new shoes. I love them.
Carsyn and I ate the same food for supper on Saturday night. We had brown rice and yellow squash. Yum Yum.
We went to a HUGE pumpkin patch this afternoon. It was CRAZY busy. We're brave/stupid parents and went in the middle of Carsyn's normal nap time. Once again she proved she is the best baby. She was so happy the whole time. Carsyn likes being outside and looking at people. She's nosey like that.
She really didn't know what to think of sitting on the hay surrounded by pumpkins.

Our neighborhood had a garage sale today. Now, I'm going to be honest. I like a good garage sale. Some people don't. Think it's just someones useless junk. I'm a little more hopeful. Especially when it comes to baby/kid things. 
A couple of us from church with babies got together this afternoon for a Fall play date. All the kids played so well.
Carsyn wanted to share her toys. She is the oldest, but everyone weighs about the same. She is a little aggressive. She knocked Logan down. We're working on gentle touches.

Note the white hanger in Carsyn's hand? We, much like the Native Americans of long ago, believe in using all parts of an item. We get a new dress. The hanger becomes our play toy. It's so fashionable to be Green.
Carsyn had a check up yesterday. She was such a sweet baby. She laughed and played. Peed all over the sheet. All the things a baby is supposed to do.
